Why are my parts of my order shipping separately? 

  • All of our apparel items ship directly from out print shop so if you place an order for both apparel and an accessory, your accessory will ship from our studio in Orlando, FL separately from apparel.  Production time on accessories is 1-3 business days.  Processing time on apparel is 3-5 business days.  Production time is the time it takes to prepare your order BEFORE it ships.  Shipping updates will come directly from the printer when your items ship and please note that if you've ordered multiple apparel items, they MAY NOT all ship together.  

Are your stickers waterproof? Can I use them outdoors, like on my car? 

  • YES!  All of our stickers are made with thick, durable vinyl so they're waterproof, scratch and fade resistant.  That being said, even the toughest vinyl has its limitations so use your best judgement when deciding where to place your stickers! 

Can I move or reuse my sticker once its been placed? 

  • Yes, you should be able to remove and reuse our stickers, however stickers that have been stuck for a long time may not be able to be cleanly removed. Use a thin piece of plastic, cardstock, etc... to gently lift one corner. Be very careful and peel slowly. If there is any residue, use rubbing alcohol to remove. 

How are your items shipped? 

  • Accessory items are shipped either USPS Regular Mail OR USPS First Class with Tracking. When ordering just an accessory you will get to select your shipping method. Items are sent in a waterproof bag inside of a stay flat mailer to ensure all items arrive in excellent condition! Shipping upgrades such as USPS Priority are available as well! Apparel Items are shipped USPS Priority mail and when placing an accessory and apparel order together, the system will select the cheapest shipping option for you. 

Do you offer free shipping?

  • At this time we do not offer a free shipping option however, orders totaling $100 or over before tax and shipping qualify for free USPS domestic shipping.

Do you accept returns or cancellations? 

  • Due to the nature of our product, returns or exchanges are not accepted, however if you have an issue with your order, please let us know right away at info@shopthenicheco.com and we'll work together to find a solution!  If you'd like to cancel your order, you must let us know within 1 hour of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cancellations are not guaranteed even when making the request during the allotted time. 

My Package Tracking says Delivered but its not here? What can I do? 

  • No Worries! In almost every single case we've seen the package has actually been delivered within 24-48 hours of being marked delivered by the post office.  Before contacting us, we recommend you check with your neighbors, check any side or back doors to see if it was left there by mistake and check directly with your postman to see if they have any additional information.  

Where is my Order? When is it Shipping? 

  • Orders are processed in the order they were received and most orders ship within 2-4 business days of being received.  We strive to get them out sooner but this is not always possible.  Please note that your orders processing time does NOT include the time it takes the post office to process your parcel.  If your order is needed sooner then our standard processing time, please reach out to us via email at info@shopthenicheco.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that all apparel can take approximately 3-5 for production and then another 3-7 days for shipping depending on your shipping method and location. 

If I place multiple accessory orders, can I combine them so they ship together? 

  • We will do our best to combine shipping and refund any overages when applicable on accessory orders.  If you'd like to combine 2 separate accessory orders being shipped to the same address, please email us right away with the order numbers for BOTH orders and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Apparel orders cannot be combine and will ship as purchased. 

Do You offer Gift Wrapping

  • At this time we do not offer any gift wrapping, but you may leave a note to your gift recipient in the NOTES section at checkout. 

I believe there was a mistake with my order, what do I do? 

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Include your name, email address the order was placed under, and the 4 digit order number and we'll get to the bottom of it!  If we've made a mistake in the packaging of your order, rest assured we'll fix it asap for you! 

Do you offer local Pick up

  • At this time we do not offer local pick up.
